Overall it works, but it’s not amazing. It gets the job done for simple backups, but it feels a bit basic for something tied to Workspace. It’s reliable enough, just not the most flexible or user-friendly option out there. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 2/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros It does the basics well. It’s automatic, reliable, and gives some peace of mind knowing my files and emails aren’t going to vanish. Once it’s set up, it mostly stays out of the way. #### Cons The setup isn’t as clear as it should be, and it feels limited compared to other backup tools. Some features are buried, and it’s not always obvious what’s being backed up until you go looking. --- ### Security and efficiency in one place - Overall rating: 5/5 - Reviewer: Oliver K. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Telecommunications - Company size: 1001-5000 employees - Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years - Reviewed: November 2025 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you. Real-time collaboration has been essential for improving productivity, making it easy to share all the content stored in the cloud and facilitating better communication. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros It's an easy-to-use and secure space where I store and share files in real time from anywhere. Having everything in the cloud means I don't need to be in a specific location to share documents. It's also become a valuable professional communication tool, allowing me to securely and easily access meetings with my team. The platform boasts a highly efficient customer service team that resolves all issues. It has also boosted my productivity by providing a secure environment and the added benefit of having my own domain, which enhances its security and reliability. #### Cons However, compatibility with Excel and PowerPoint sometimes results in formatting issues and less-than-perfect functionality. --- ### MAZOMA Design x Google Workspace - Overall rating: 4/5 - Reviewer: Marcia J. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Architecture & Planning - Company size: 2-10 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for free trial - Reviewed: December 2025 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you.
